The Delta State University Teaching Hospital, Oghara hereby invites application from suitably qualified candidates for the following positions: 

1. CONSULTANT OPHTHALMOLOGISTS, PATHOLOGISTS, CARDIOTHORACIC SURGEONS AND NEURO -SURGEONS 

QUALIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY

Candidates applying for the above positions must possess the following: 

I. An MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelors of Surgery) degree from a recognized university, which is registrable with the Medical & Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) with evidence of full registration with current practicing license and NYSC or certificate of exemption. 

II. Part 11 examination certificate of the Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria or its equivalent in the specialties mentioned above. 

2. JUNIOR RESIDENT DOCTORS 

Also, Resident Doctors are needed in the following departments for Residency training programs: Community Medicine, Family Medicine, Orthopedics & Trauma, Internal Medicine (cardiology, nephrology and neurology), General Surgery, Anesthesia & ICU, Radiology and Urology.

QUALIFICATION/ELIGIBILITY

1. Candidates should possess an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) degree from a recognized university, which is registrable with the Medical & Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) with evidence of current practicing license. 

2. Possession of primaries will be of an added advantage.
