• Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS/MBChB/BDS) from a recognised institution.
• Fellowship of National Post-Graduate Medical College of Nigeria or West African College of Surgeons/Physician.
• Registration with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
• Current practising licence required.

II. Resident (CONMESS 03)

• Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS/MBChB) from a recognised institution.
• NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
• Current practising licence required.

III. Medical/Dental Officer (CONMESS 03)

• Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS/MBChB/BDS).
• Full registration with MDCN.
• NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
• Current practising licence required.

IV. Medical Laboratory Scientist (CONHESS 09)

• B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Science.
• Registration with Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
