Role Overview
We are seeking experienced, dedicated and professional Dental Nurses to provide crucial support to our dentists and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
The ideal candidates will assist with various dental procedures, ensure patient comfort, and maintain clinical workflows with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide chairside support during various procedures.
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain clinical instruments in compliance with the highest standards of infection control protocols.
- Manage and update patient records and treatment plans accurately.
- Educate patients on hygiene, preventive care, and aftercare.
- Deliver clear pre- and post-operative care instructions to patients
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring patient comfort and clear communication throughout treatment.
- Oversee clinic inventory and supplies, ensuring seamless operation of daily clinical workflows.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Dental Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as a Dental Nurse, preferably in a high-end private practice or multi-specialty setting.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, infection control practices and clinical best practices.
- Proficiency with modern dental equipment and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
