Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for full time appointment to the position of Director of Medical Services at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka Anambra State.

Duties
The Director of Medical Services shall be responsible to the Vice Chancellor for the day to day administration of the Medical Centre. By virtue of the office he or she should be able to provide appropriate leadership and advice on the institutions staff and students health problems. He or she shall hold office for a single term of five years.

Qualifications and Experience
The candidate for the post must possess MBBS completion of one year House job and NYSC plus full registration with Nigeria Medical and Dental Council.
A post registration experience of not less than eighteen years in a tertiary institution is required and the candidate must possess a postgraduate fellowship of the National Post Graduate Medical College or its equivalent.
He or she must not be above sixty years of age before the date of appointment.
