Joseph Ayo Babalola University is licensed by the Federal Government to operate as a Private University in Nigeria. It is located at Ikeji-Arakeji, along Ilesa- Akure Road, a popular route to the castem and northern parts of the country. The location is a serene environment particularly suited for scholarship, research and other academic and spiritual activities.

Professor: Medical Laboratory Science and Nursing Science.

Associate Professor: Nursing Science, Haematology, Histopathology and Cytopathology, Medical Microbiology and Parasitology.

Senior Lecturer:  Haematology, Nursing Science, Histopathology and Cytopathology, Medical Microbiology and Parasitology.

Lecturer 1/11; Haematology, Histopathology and Cytopathology, Medical Microbiology and Parasitology, Nursing Science, Industrial Chemistry.

Assistant Lecturer:  Haematology, Histopathology and Cytopathology, Medical Microbiology and Parasitology, Industrial Chemistry, Nursing Science, Inorganic Chemistry.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT

Professor: A Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant discipline with proven records of research including publications in leading journals and proven records of teaching and student’ supervision at PhD. and master’s level.

Associate Professor: A Ph.D. 0 equivalent in a relevant discipline with; proven records of research including publications in leading journals and proven records of teaching and student supervision at PhD and master’s level.

Senior Lecturer: A Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant discipline with proven records of research including publications in leading journals and proven records of teaching and students’ supervision at master’s level.

Lecturer I: A Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant discipline with proven records of research including publications in leading journals and proven records of teaching and student supervision at the master’s level.

Lecturer Il: A Ph.D. or equivalent in a relevant discipline; A master's degree with three years’ experience.

Assistant Lecturer: A Master's degree in relevant discipline.
