Health Connect 24x7 is the first Nigerian 24x7 Population Health Management provider that combines next-generation telemedicine, telemonitoring and home health to provide immediate access to highly trained and experienced doctors and wellness experts via voice/ video calls, live chat as well as on-site doctor visits and clinics for healthy, acute and chronic condition management.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: General Physician

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Receives calls from patients directly and /or receives calls transferred from call centre agents (care coordinators) and handles such calls as per Health Connect 24x7 policies and procedures.
• Ensure that patients receive accurate diagnosis and care in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an MBBS / MBChB / MD.
• Ability to speak 1 major Nigerian language (Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa) fluency is a prerequisite for the interview.
• Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient
• Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care details.
