1. Medical Officer I (CONMESS 02)

• M.B.B.S degree
• Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
• NYSC discharge certificate

2. Senior Medical Officer I (CONMESS 03)

• M.B.B.S degree
• Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
• Minimum of three (3) years post-qualification cognate experience

3. Higher Health Records Assistant (CONHESS 04)

• National Certificate of the Nigerian Health Records Association/Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria

4. Higher Environmental Health Assistant (CONHESS 04)

• Environmental Health Assistant Course Certificate

5. Staff Nurse/Staff Midwife II (CONHESS 07)

• Nigerian Registered Nurse (NRN)
• Nigerian Registered Midwife (NRM) Certificate

6. Staff Nurse I/Staff Midwife I (CONHESS 08)

• NRN/NRM Certificate
• Minimum of three (3) years post-qualification cognate experience

7. Pharmacist (CONHESS 08)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (minimum of Second Class Lower Division)
• Full registration with the Pharmacists Registration Board of Nigeria
• NYSC discharge certificate

8. Medical Laboratory Scientist (CONHESS 08)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (minimum of Second Class Lower Division)
• Registration with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (IMLSN)
• NYSC discharge certificate
