- Supervision of 3 Master's and 1 PhD student
Reader / Associate Professor
- PhD or equivalent
- 15 publications in reputable journals
- Supervision of PhD and Master's students
Senior Lecturer
- PhD or equivalent
- 6 years post-qualification experience
- Minimum of 10 publications
Lecturer I
- PhD or equivalent
- 3 years teaching experience
- Minimum of 4 publications
Lecturer II
- PhD or Master's degree
- Minimum of 2 publications
- 3 years post-qualification experience
Assistant Lecturer
- Good second-class honours or Master's degree
- For medical colleges: MBBS, B.Pharm, BSc Nursing plus professional registration
B. Non-Teaching Staff Positions
Director of Health Services
- MBBS plus 15 years post-registration experience
- Proven leadership and integrity
Medical Officer
- MBBS plus NYSC or exemption certificate
Pharmacy Intern
- BPharm with full registration
- NYSC or exemption certificate
Medical Laboratory Scientist
- BMLS plus registration with IMLTN
- NYSC or exemption certificate
Medical Records Officer
- National Certificate or Diploma in Medical Records
Medical Laboratory Technician
- WASC/SSCE plus 3 years training
- Registration with IMLTN
Conditions of Service
As obtainable in Nigerian universities and approved by the Governing Council of Federal University of Lafia.
