Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving wholesale sales, expanding distribution channels, and building strong business relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, and hospitals.
  • This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional with a solid background in medical or personal care sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and canvass new wholesalers, distributors, pharmacies, and hospitals for bulk product purchases.
  • Develop and expand new distribution channels for the company’s healthcare products.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships to drive repeat sales.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, and competitor activities to strategize sales growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in Personal Care, Cosmetics, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceuticals, or Consumer Brands.
  • A degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field is an added advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must be presentable, well-spoken, and a self-starter strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
