Job Title: Mini Ambulance Coordinator  

Location: Lagos

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mini Ambulance Coordinator to oversee the usage, dispatch, and maintenance of our mini ambulance fleet while also driving sales and ensuring service optimization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient patient transport, supervising vehicle maintenance, coordinating emergency responses, and meeting sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor ambulance usage to ensure proper deployment and availability for patient transport.
  • Manage ambulance dispatch and coordinate with drivers and medical personnel.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and servicing to keep all ambulances in top condition.
  • Enforce safety regulations and emergency response protocols for all ambulance operations.
  • Train and supervise drivers on safe driving practices and emergency procedures.
  • Prepare reports on ambulance utilization, maintenance, and response efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote ambulance services and attract more clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively marketing and positioning ambulance services.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Logistics, Health Administration, Emergency Response, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in fleet management, emergency coordination, or sales is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response protocols is a plus.
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
