SECONDARY SCHOOL AWARD

1. Applicant must hail from a host community in OML 34

2. Applicant must not be above 15 years of age as at January 2021

3. Applicant must have been admitted into JSS 1 within 2020/2021 academic session and must have a total average of 50% in first term examination

4. Applicant must fill the application form and attach the following documents:

• Birth certificate / age declaration
• Letter of identification from the community leader
• Primary School Leaving Certificate examination Result
• First Term JSS 1 Result
• Scholarship result conducted by community

TERTIARY INSTITUTION AWARD

1. Applicant must hail from a host community in OML 34

2. Applicant must have been admitted into any tertiary institution in Nigeria within 2020/2021 academic session

3. Applicant must not be current beneficiary of any scholarship scheme

4. Applicant must fill the application form and attach the following documents:

• Birth certificate / age declaration
• Letter of identification from community leader
• JAMB admission Letter / Evidence of admission
• WAEC/NECO/GCE Result
• 2020 JAMB Result
• Copy of School ID card

All applications must be collated by community leader and submitted in a single labeled envelope to any of the following offices.

1. Manager, GCS OML 34 AMT, NEPL/NDW JV Block N, EDJEBA Estate, Warri, Delta State.

2. NEPL Scholarship Unit, Flat I, Block Y NPDC/NDW EDJEBA Estate, Warri, Delta State
