Titsall Global School is a reputable institution and an offshoot of Renny Nursery and Primary School established on the 16th August 1978 at Okene in Kogi State under the management of Titsall Nigeria Limited. We are currently located at 185 Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent Wuse Two Abuja.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Nurse

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The School nurse is to provide health services in schools and other educational settings.
• Their goal is to treat student injuries or illnesses and advise students, their parents or guardians, and staff on health issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic healthcare to students in case of injury or acute illness
• Educate students and staff on healthy habits, such as proper nutrition and hygiene
• Keep track of students’ vaccination records
• Update students’ medical history
• Ensure school environment is safe for children and school staff (e.g. prevention of communicable diseases)
• Treat students and staff as needed
• Develop care plans for students with ongoing conditions
• Consult with teachers, school administrators and other school staff regarding student care
• Administer medication
• Monitor student immunization records
• Write referrals for pediatricians and other health specialists
• Ensure compliance with national and local health laws.

Qualifications / Skills

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS / CPR certification
• 1 - 4 years relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of school laws and policies
• Ability to work independently or with others
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Ability to assess situations and act quickly
• Knowledge of state health regulations
• Ability to multitask
• Good Listening Skills
• Good communicator
• Problem Solving
• Good Judgement.

Salary

N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
