Requirements

Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.

 

Essential Skills:

• Communication: Effective verbal and non-verbal communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Empathy: Compassion and understanding when dealing with patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to assess patients' conditions, identify potential problems, and make informed decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Capacity to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement effective care plans.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail when administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.

 

Technical Skills:

• Medical Procedures: Proficiency in various medical procedures, such as injections, wound care, and vital sign assessment.
• Medication Administration: Accurate administration of medications, including oral, injectable, and topical routes.
• Vital Sign Assessment: Ability to accurately assess and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
• Electronic Health Records (EHRs): Familiarity with EHR systems and ability to accurately document patient information.

 

Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
