Kogi State University, Kabba (KSUK) is a public institution established to meet the educational aspirations of indigenes of Kogi State and Nigeria at large. Its creation was a significant milestone in the State's educational development. Kogi State University, Kabba has three Faculties: Arts & Humanities; Management, Administration & Social Sciences; and Science & Computing. The University has 25 Academic Programmes and it is in its 2nd session.

Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Nursing Science Degree from recognized University and a member of the nursing and midwifery council of Nigeria.
- Additionally, candidates must possess the NYSC discharge or exemption certificate and must be computer literate.
