Duties and responsibilities

  • Support the Associate Director State Programs to collate, review, and archive routine programmatic reports (state monthly technical reports, sub programmatic reports, weekly state updates etc.)
  • Support monitoring of approved requests using the memo tracker
  • Support the review, processing and tracking of direct support funding of health facilities implementing comprehensive HIV and PMTCT interventions across the states
  • Support the review and processing of the State operational floats
  • Collate minutes of state level technical and general meetings
  • Monitor and track outcomes of State level meetings

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Health Sciences, and Nursing required. Master’s in relevant field preferred.
  • At least 1-year post NYSC.
  • Skilled in use of MS Office suite.
  • Willing to learn.
