Academic Staff Position

• Graduate Assistant: Requires a first Degree with a first-class and second-class upper.
• Assistant Lecturer: Requires an Academic Master's Degree.
• Lecturer II: Requires a PhD, or a Master's Degree with relevant Experience and professional certifications.
• Lecturer I: Requires a PhD with at least  5 publications plus 3 years' post-qualification experience or a Master's Degree with 7 publications and 5 years of cognate experience.
• Senior Lecturer: Requires a PhD with 10 publications and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Associate Professor: Requires a PhD with 15 publications, 9 years of cognate experience and must be the lead author in at least 5 publications.
• Professor: Requires a PhD with 20 publications, 12 years of cognate experience and must be the lead author in at least 10 publications.

 

Note:  

• For all Academic positions other than Graduate Assistant a candidate must have a minimum of second-class lower Degree apart from the post-graduate Degree(s)
