Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo), in collaboration with the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC), is offering the 2025 edition of its prestigious National University Scholarship. This opportunity is open to high-performing Nigerian undergraduates and includes annual financial support from 200 level through to graduation.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must:

• - Be a Nigerian citizen
• - Be currently enrolled full-time in 200 level at an NUC-accredited Nigerian university
• - Possess a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 3.5 on a 5.0 scale
• - Not be receiving any other scholarship from the oil and gas sector
• Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

Application and Selection Process

• - Applications are to be submitted exclusively through the official portal
• - Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a computer-based test
• - The top 10 applicants from each state and the FCT will be selected
• - Any attempt at document falsification will result in disqualification
• - Scholarships will only be awarded to students who meet all listed criteria

Required Documents

• - Recent passport photograph (JPEG format, less than 200KB)
• - University or JAMB admission letter
• - UTME result
• - O’Level and ‘A’ Level/OND/NCE results (where applicable)
• - Official State of Origin certificate from your local government
• - Academic transcript for 100-level
