Job Title: Training Instructor (Health & Care Courses)

Location: Agungi Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

 

Summary

• We are hiring for a dynamic Training Instructor to lead and grow our health and caregiving training programs.
• The ideal candidate must be confident, engaging, and passionate about teaching — both in-person and on camera.

Courses to be handled:

1. Nursing Assistant
2. Caregiver Training
3. CPR & Basic Life Support (BLS)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct practical and theory sessions for all assigned courses
• Create short, engaging educational content (videos and posts) for social media promotion
• Represent the academy confidently on camera and during public events
• Support student recruitment and engagement through creative outreach
• Track and report on student progress and feedback
• Contribute ideas to improve training structure and visibility

Requirements

• Strong background or certification in any of the listed courses
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Must be confident, well-groomed, and camera-friendly
• Demonstrated ability or interest in social media content creation
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a growth mindset

Compensation

• N150,000 basic salary monthly + commission based on performance (student enrollment and content engagement KPIs).
