Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) is implementing a 10-week full-time internship program with support from the European Union (EU) for young Nigerians who wish to gain knowledge of legislative practice and process at the National Assembly.
Internship Requirements:
i. Nigerian citizen between 21 and 35 years of age
ii. At least a first degree in any discipline from a Tertiary Institution
iii. Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Programme
iv. Good English writing and speaking skills
v. Good computer skills
vi. Excellent interpersonal skills

Abuja, FCT
Duration of Internship:
May 2026 - July 2026
Logistics:
Only stipends to cover transportation and lunch costs within Abuja will be provided. Other logistics expenses will be borne by the interns. It is advised that prospective interns be able to reside within Abuja or bear the cost of residing in Abuja throughout the duration of the internship, as PLAC will not provide accommodation nor relocation costs.

Include a Statement of Purpose on the last page of your CV, explaining why you wish to participate in the internship. Your CV should not exceed two (2) pages, and the Statement of Purpose should be no more than 300 words; both must be combined and uploaded as a single document, with the total length not exceeding three (3) pages.
