We are looking for a dedicated urgent care nurse to monitor the condition of patients in our urgent 

care facility.  In this role, you will be assessing patients' medical conditions, evaluating changes in

vital signs and other measurements, as well as administering treatments. 

Urgent Care Nurse Responsibilities:

1. Assessing urgent care patients' charts, prescribed medications, and test results upon arrival. 
2. Performing physical examinations, as well as and tracking heart rate, blood pressure, and
3. pulse oximetry measurements. 
4. Interpreting health measurements, administering prescribed medication, and facilitating
5. suitable treatment interventions. 
6. Collecting phlebotomy and other diagnostic samples.
7. Interpreting laboratory test results and collaborating with physicians on treatment plans.
8. Reporting deteriorating conditions to primary healthcare specialists without delay.
9. Maintaining and updating medical charts, patient files, and health records.
10. Supervising urgent care nursing assistants and support staff.
11. Explaining treatments, procedures, and after-care instructions, as well as answering patients' questions.

Urgent Care Nurse Requirements: 

1. Bachelor of science in nursing degree (BSN).
2. At least 2 years of experience as an urgent care nurse in a similar facility.
3. Proficiency in electronic patient management systems.
4. Extensive experience in assessing patients, inserting IVs, and collecting phlebotomy samples.
5. In-depth knowledge of best practices in urgent care nursing.
6. Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
