Background:

The Leprosy Mission Nigeria (TLMN) is supporting the National Tuberculosis, Leprosy and Buruil Ulcer Control Programme (NTBLCP), which is the Public Principle Recipient for Global Fund Tuberculosis and RSSH/C19RM Grants for the Year 2024 to 2026 to recruit qualified candidates into her programme Management Unit (PMU) as follows:

MBE Specialist - RSH Grant (Abu)

Ref. No: TLMNINTLCP (PMU). ES -RSSH/001

  • Job Summary: To support the M&E Manager to ensure accurate, timely end accurate reporting of programmatic information on the Globe! Fund RSSH Grant.
  • He/She will provide technical support in collaboration with the National M&E Programme stall,

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Degree in Health 1008 Public Health, Statistics, Population Studies, Demography, Epidemiology or equivalent,
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of health programs and experience in management information system
  • Training and experience in a logical framework, MBE and setting up an MBE system in health programs is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing M&E systems, including performance frameworks, and program/project evaluations within the health sector

Zonal TB Officer- TB Grant (North West)

Job Summary: The Zonal TB Officer veil support the STBLCP in implementing the key strategic interventions. S/he will support every state in the zone assigned Shoe will provide actual support of the key intervention in the grand order to ensure the achievement of Key targets ne contained in the GF Performance Framework and in the 2015-2020 TB NSP. The Zonal TE Officer will supervise and monitor interventions in the state and ensure all the interventions for each state are delivered on time and monitored. S/he is to provide closer technical guidance and person TB to States, LGA and facilities. S/he will provide quick reports on key strategic interventions in each state and also support regular advocacy to state authorities S/he will support state-level coordination activities and ensure TB service expansion in all the states.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Medical Doctor with Master's level study in Public Health or Social Sciences.

  • Project/ Program Management Certification
  • At least 5 years’ experience in public health.
  • Experience in TB programme implementation is a necessary requirement.
  • Experience working with donor-funded projects is an added advantage.

Warehouse Specialist - TB Grant (Lagos)

Job Summary: To support the TB/HIV fourth-party logistics (4PL) Global Fund project in Nigeria which encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the effective and efficient management of warehousing operations to meet product needs within the framework of integrated systems for the country.

Education and Work Experience Requirements;

  • A Bachelor of Pharmacy (B Pharm) or any of the sciences degree, additional M.Sc m supply chain management, MPH or any of the related disciplines will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role is required
  • Experience working with the public sector and development partners is essential
  • Ability to supervise warehouse end warehouse operations practices in line with global best practices.
  • Experience in the use of M-Supply a other inventory Management tools used in a pharma-grade warehouse
  • Experience working with HIV/ARDs and or TB programs is desirable Familiarity with health products in these programs is required.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Word PowerPoint, Excel, database programs and statistical software.
  • Ability to lead and guide change management approaches in warehousing and distribution.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, capacity building, and mentoring of warehouse staff
  • Strong analytical, good written and spoken communication skills in English.

Warehouse Officer- TB Grant (Lagos)

Job Summary: To support the Warehouse Specialist in managing Laboratory products/HIV fourth-party logistics (4PL) Global Fund project in Nigeria which encompasses a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the effective and efficient management of warehousing operations 10 meet product needs within the framework of integrated systems for the country.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences (BMLS) or any related health sciences degree, MPH, or advanced certificate in Supply
  • Chain Management will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role are required.
  • Experience working with the public sector and development partners is essential
  • Ability to supervise warehouse and warehousing operations practices in line with global beat fractions
  • Experience working with TB/HIV laboratory products is desirable end familiarity with laboratory health products in these programs is required
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, database programs and statistical software.

M&E Specialist-SCOU- RSSH Grant (Abuja)

Job Summary To ensure smooth, timely and concise reporting of programme information on the Global Fund support to SCOU and the supply chain transition. He/she will work with NPSCMP to strengthen M&E activities in the Global Fund Program for the transition

Education and Work Experience Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics health sciences or any other quantitative social sciences
  • An advanced degree in Public health, Data Analytics. Health Informatics, social sciences, Demography, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or any other related field
  • Applied training in monitoring and evaluation, including research methods
  • Ability to process and analyze data using one or more statistical software packages such as SPSS, R, Epi-info, Stata or SAS
  • At least 7 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of large health programs of Malaria, TB of HIV programs and experience in the management information system in the public/private health sector
  • Strong working knowledge of public health systems
  • Experience in managing donor (GF of USAID) Service Level Agreement and ensuring compliance with service standards and performance indicators
  • Training and experience in a logical framework. project management and M&E and setting up of MAE systems in health programs
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing M&E systems including performance frameworks. project management, and program/project evaluations within the Nigeria health sector
  • Familiarity with quantitative and quantitative M&E methods in the health sector
  • Experience in the monitoring and implementation of Global Fund grants is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with the MoH health management information system is an added advantage
  • Good capacity to produce reports on time
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Power Bi
  • Strong training and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work within a team and interact effectively with collaborating agencies/departments and development partners.
  • Ability to work independently within deadlines, self-motivated and creative
