Job Title: Clients Relations Officers Ref: Port Harcourt(CROPH), Ibadan(CROIB), Abeokuta(CROAB), Kaduna(CROKAD)& Minna(CROMI)
Locations: Kaduna, Minna, Port Harcourt, lbadan, Abeokuta
Key Responsibilities
Provide Secondary support to the call centre as regards enrollee issues, authorization issues & other issues related to client relations.
Marketing of Health Plans
Problem Solving Skills
Ability to work with computer programs
Qualifications / Professional Experience
MBBS, B. Pharm, Bachelor of Nursing ,RN, RM\
A minimum of 2 years post qualificaton experience. Eperience in an HMO will bean advantage)
Not more than 35 years old.
