ICM held its Annual Council Meeting at ICM’s offices in The Hague, on May 28th 2015.
In attendance were delegates from Somaliland and Chile as well as ICM Board Members. An additional 89 Proxy votes were received from 50 Midwifery Associations in 44 countries.
The Annual Report and Auditors’ Reports were accepted as provided.
The suspension of the Midwifery Association of Georgia was accepted.
ICM’s President, Frances Day-Stirk, provided a presentation to those in attendance on the activities of the past year.
The meeting was adjourned for two weeks to provide Council with the opportunity to accept the Auditors’ Letter.
