Background 
The Abidjan-Lagos Corridor Organization (ALCO) is a sub regional intergovernmental organization which was established in 2002 with the mission ofreducing the impact of HIV infection on interregional trade in West Africa. Within the framework of the New Funding Mechanism, the Global Fund (GF) grant allocated to ALCO took new directions. This grant focuses on a gradual transition of HIV prevention services to national programs and a reposition of interventions toward strengthening community system as well as the defense of human rights. The grant covers the period from 2016 to 20I8.The implementation of this new program requires the recruitment of qualified staff to strengthen ALCO's management team based in Cotonou / Benin. To this effect, ALCO is launching this call for applications for the vacant positions in favor of nationals from the 5 member countries (Cote d'lvoire, Ghana, Togo, Benin and Nigeria) 
 
Position: (01) Program Coordinator 
 
Under the supervision of the Executive Secretary, the incumbent main mission is to plan on regular basis in collaboration with the Monitoring-Evaluation Department, the GF project activities to be implemented. 
 
Candidate Profile: 
• The incumbent must hold a minimum Master Degree in epidemiology, Social Sciences, Medicine, Public Health or any other related field of education; 
• Must have at least ten (J 0) years experience in the field of HIV I A fDS; 
• Must have at least ten (10) years experience in projects funded by Global Fund or any other development partner; 
• Must have perfect control of the development of projects/proposals to be submitted to Donors; 
• Must be fluent in both French and English. 
 
Position: (01) Monitoring and Evaluation Officer 
 
Under the supervision of the Executive Secretary, the incumbent main mission is to coordinate the project data collection in accordance with monitoring and evaluation plan. 
 
Candidate Profile: 
• The incumbent must hold a Graduate Degree in statistics. social sciences or medicine with a major in public health; 
• Must have over 5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation of health projects! Program; 
• Must demonstrate very good experience in project management; . 
• Must have proven experience in the management of data related to HIV/Aids activities; 
• Must have good skills to communicate in both English and French; 
• Must have very good knowledge of statistical software (Access, Epi Info, SPSS.) and com uter skills ( Excel, word. PowerPoint ) 
 
Position: (01) Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, in charge of data quality 
Under the supervision of the Monitoring - Evaluation Officer, the incumbent main mission is to coordinate the project data collection in accordance with monitoring and evaluation plan. 
 
Candidate Profile: 
• The incumbent must have a qualification in statistics, project management. demography or have of university degree in planning, Social Sciences or public health; 
• Must have proven experience in a similar post, 
• Must have a two-year (02) experience in Global Fund procedures, particularly the preparation of quarterly reports, the development of budgeted action plans, the preparation of quarterly control missions of LFA; 
• Must have very good knowledge of computer tools: econometric and statistical soft« re (Epi lnfo, etc), database management systems (Access, etc.) spreadsheets, word processing (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and the Internet. 
 
 
Position: (04) Borderlnformation Unit coordinator
 
Under the supervision of the Executive Secretary of ALCO, the incumbent will coordinate and oversee the implementation of activities in one of the four pair of borders: (i) the Ivory Coast - Ghana, (ii) Ghana - Togo, (iii) Togo - Benin, (iv) Benin - Nigeria. Each candidate should mention the specific pair of borders for which (sjhe is applying. 
 
Candidate Profile: 
• The incumbent must hold a minimum four-year university degree in statistics, epidemiology, social sciences, medicine or public health, with at least 5 years professional experience in the field of HIY/A[DS; 
• Must have proven experience in public health/epidemiology, reproductive health, as well as statistical data planning and management; 
• Must have proven knowledge in monitoring & evaluation and operational research. including sentinel monitoring; 
• Must have perfect control of statistical software and database mana ement svstems Excel, E i-Info, SPSS, ACCESS).
