Dr. Ugbam Found Guilty on Medical and Dental Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal

The Medical and Dental Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal ruled in the case of Chairman Medical and Dental Practitioners Investigation Panel vs Dr. Godwin Ugbam. 
Dr. Ugbam was found guilty of infamous conduct in a professional respect contrary to the provisions of rules 14.2 , 29.4(g) , 29.4(i) , 41 and 44 a of the Code of Medical Ethics in Nigeria. 
He is suspended from the Medical profession for a period of four months. 
The suspension takes effect after 28 days if no appeal is pending.
