As the outbreak of the deadly Ebola virus continues to generate concern across the globe, the Delta State government has warned its indigenes to be wary of traveling to other parts of the country with reported cases of the virus.
The state government also warned its residents to avoid unnecessary hand shake, coming in contact with blood, vomits, urine, sweat, faeces or diarrhea or eating of an infected bush meat.
It further warned that all dead bodies must have a death certificate before it can be buried to ascertain the cause of death.
The state information Commissioner, Mr. Chike Ogeah dropped the hint Friday in Asaba when he briefed the press on the activities of the committee set up by Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan, on the outbreak of the virus.
