The Honourable Minister for Health Dr Ehanire today at the #PTFCOVID19 media briefing advised all citizens to protect themselves against #COVID19 through the use of improvised face mask made from cotton materials, where social distancing is not possible. According to the Health Minister, all home made masks should be washed every evening in warm water & dried or ironed
Dr Ehanire also noted that the federal ministry of health has commenced the review of a health sector #COVID19 response in order to build a new robust strategic action plan & structure that will address the health challenges of community transmission
He added that the #COVID19 accreditation committe have finalized protocols for use in accrediting isolation & treatment centres
