The Federal University, Birnin Kebbi was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria in February, 2013. The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved the take off of twenty (20) undergraduate programmes for the University effective 2014/2015 academic session.
VACANCIES
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the academic staff vacancies in the under-listed programmes of the University, on tenure or contract basis.
1. Medical Officer
MBBS degree, completion of 1 year housemanship and NYSC plus full registration by the MDCN.
2. Senior Nursing Officer
HRN, SCN or SRN certificate with atleast 3 years’ experience as Nursing officer.
3. Staff Nurse/Midwife
HRN or SCN and atleast two years’ experience as Nursing Officer www.medicalworldnigeria.com
5. Pharmacist I
A good bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with full registration by Pharmacy
Council of Nigeria and at least two (2) years’ post qualification experience.
6. Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist
A good bachelor’s degree in Medical Science Laboratory or final Diploma of IMLT plus minimum of three years’ experience as Medical Laboratory Technologist.
7. Senior Medical Records Officer
B.Sc Degree/HND in Medical Records from any recognized University or its equivalent with three (3) years post qualification experience.
SALARY AND CONDITON OF SERVICE
The Salary and Condition of Service are as obtainable in Nigerian Universities.
