INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF COMPANIES FOR THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGs) CONDITIONAL GRANTS SCHEME (CGS) 2017 PROJECTS
The Gombe State Government in collaboration with the Office of The Special Senior Assistant to the President (OSSAP) intends to Execute Projects/Programs towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through the Conditional Grants Scheme (CGS) to state 2017.
The Office of the Special Adviser on SDGs Gombe Project Support Unit on behalf of Gombe State Government wishes to invite interested and qualified companies to submit their applications for Pre-Qualification in the execution of Projects/Programs under 2017 CGS to state.

A. HEALTH CARE
i. Construction of 1 no. 3-Bed Room Doctors Residence
ii. Construction of one Block of 5 Unit Single Room Low-cost Type Staff Quarters
iii. Construction of 100 Bedded Hospital
iv. Construction of Mortuary
v. Supply of Hospital Equipment
vi. Supply of Mortuary Equipment
vii. Supply of Ambulances
viii. Supply of Tricycle Mini Ambulances
ELIGIBILIMEQUIREMENIS
1. Evidence of Incorporation of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
2. Evidence of Registration with Gombe State Government as Contractor
3. Company Profile containing the List and qualifications of key staff
4. Evidence of Similar Projects Executed
5. Tax Clearance Certificate for the Last three (3) years
6. Evidence of Financial Capability and Bankers Reference
7. List of Plants, Equipment and Location
8. Evidence of Registration with Relevant Professional Bodies
9. Registration with Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) VAT
10. Stamp Duty Registration with Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS)
11. Certificate of PENCOM 2017
12. Certificate of NSITF 2017
13. Evidence of Payment of Education Tax
14. Evidence of Audited Accounts three (3) years Application must be submitted in Sealed Envelopes marked "Pre-qualification for SDGs CGS 2017 Projects/Program" and addressed to:
The Chairman, State Implementation Committee on CGS Projects, C/O SDGs Gombe Project Support Unit, Tula Road, Near Emerald Royal Hill Hotel Junction, G.R.A Gombe.
On or before 15th June - 2018.
Pre-Qualification Applications will be opened immediately after dateline in the SDGs P.S.U office Gombe.
Pre-Qualification will be in accordance with the procedures set out in the guidelines of Due Process office Gombe State.
Only pre-qualified companies will be invited to tender for the projects
NOTE:
a. This advertisement is not an invitation to Bid and should not be treated as such.
b. This advertisement should not be considered as a commitment on the part of Gombe State Government nor shall it entitle companies to make any claim whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity in the SDGs PSU / State Government.
c. The State Committee on the Implementation of CGS acts, reserves the right to verify any claim by potential bidders in their applications.
d. Bidding procedure shall only be applied to companies that have been duly pre-qualified and found capable of executing the programs/projects.
e. All registration requirements as outlined above should be arranged and submitted as listed, failing which, the application will be liable for disqualifications.
