Hallmark University, a Federal Republic of Nigeria Government licensed University established by the Vivian Fowler Trust Foundation, is the culmination of the ideas, experiences and vision of Chief Dr. (Mrs.) Leila Fowler, the force behind the Foundation.
Over the past four decades, Chief Dr. (Mrs.) Fowler has been in the forefront of establishing and managing top-rated educational institutions in Nigeria. In 1991, she established Vivian Fowler Memorial College for Girls, which no doubt has become a flagship of female secondary school education in Nigeria.

QUALIFICATION
By direct appointment of a candidate possessing 5 O’Level credits (WAEC/NECO/GCE) including English Language and Mathematics plus Association Membership of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Technologist (AIMLT) of Nigeria.
