CLINICAL SERVICES:
Health Record Officer
Qualifications and Experience:
i. Candidate must possess a B.Sc /HND in Health Records Administration, Health Information Management or Bio-statistic from a recognized institution or its equivalent with NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
ii.Candidate must be registered with the Health Records Registration Board of Nigeria or relevant professional body.
iii. Possession of certification in computer studies or data processing will be an added advantage.
Salary Scale: From CONHESS 7 Plus fringe benefits and allowances as applicable.
H. Health Records Technician
Qualifications & Experience:
i. Candidate must possess a diploma in Health Information Management or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.
ii. Candidate must be registered with the Health Records Registration Board of Nigeria.
Salary Scale: CONHESS 6 Plus fringe benefits and allowances as applicable.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
All appointments of successful candidates may be permanent after 2 years of probation period. This is, however, subject to review and possible confirmation upon satisfactory recommendations by the appropriate Heads of Department, except for those joining the service on transfer of service. As has been indicated, salaries and other fringe benefits and all other conditions as applicable and in line with the provisions of salary structure and fringe benefits for Medical and Health Workers as contained in the existing circulars.

d. Submit Birth Certificates or Declaration of Age.
