A well estalished health maintenance organization is looking for vibrant, dedicated and knowledgeable candidates to fill up the following openings
Head of Branch, Kaduna
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Oversee general branch operations - Monitor efficient perfomance of marketing operations through branch staff
- Marketing of various health plans
- Monitor quality value reports and ensure adherence to quality concept in daily marketing operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and process specifications
- Co ordinate clients meetings/ presentations and monitoring of clients account on a regular basis
- Provide overall leadership, motivation and direction of rmarketing and branch staff
- Ability to work with computer programs
QUALIFICATIONS: MBBS, B.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years post qualification expereince (expereince in a health managemnt organization is an added advantage
