Ø Must have registered with the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science of Nigeria.

B. METHOD OF APPLICATION
The application forms are to be down-loaded from the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital website (www.uith.org.), pay five thousand naira (N5,000.00) non-refundable fees into UITH RESERVE Account No.: 0035071759 at any Branch of Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB) and attach the Bank Teller to the form.
C. SUBMISSION/CLOSING DATE
Duly completed application forms to which passports and credentials must be attached should be forwarded to:-
