This is to inform all Applicants that purchased the Kaduna State Civil Service Form (CSC FORM I) and applied for posts in the Ministry of Health, Kaduna, that there will ne an Aptitude tests on Saturday, 2014 for various cadre applied for.
The aptitude tests will take place in three (3) Senatorial Zones as follows:
Zone: Northern
Examination Centres/Venues: Ai-huda College, Zaria
Local Govt. Areas: Zaria, Lere, and all Non-indigenes (Other Professions) except thoses who applied for Nursing
Examination Centres/Venues: Barewa College, Zaria
Local Govt. Areas: Sabon Gari, Soba, Makarifi, Kubau, Ikara, Giwa & Kudan
Zone: CENTRAL
Examination Centres/Venues: Rimi College, Kaduna
Local Govt. Areas: Bimin Gwari, Kaduna South & Kajuru
Examination Centres/Venues: Queen Amina College Kaduna
Local Govt. Areas: Chikun and all non- indigenes who applied for Nursing
Zone: Southern
Examination Centres/Venues: Government Secondary School Kafanchan
Local Govt. Areas: Sanga, Jema'a & Kagarko
Examination Centres/Venues: Government College Kagoro
Local Govt. Areas: Jaba & Zangori Kataf
Examination Centres/Venues: Government Secondary school, Kagoro
Local Govt. Areas: Kauru, Kachia and Kaura
Note:
Applicants are required to come along with the followings
1. Receipt for purchase of the Civil Service application form (CSC Form I)
2. One Passport photograph
3. Candidates are to report at the various designated centre at 8:00am prompt.
