3. Register with the name on your practicing licence only
4. Teller is valid for 3 months from date of payment
5. Use your teller number to complete your registration on www.lagosmcpdp.org
6. Please register with only one teller (N20,000) for general edition and (N30,000) for leaders programmes
7. Obtain a printout following the successful submission of your registration
