Life action plus ltd, a national health maintenance organization (HMO) is currently requesting from suitably qualified candidates to fill the under listed vacant position:
Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities . Engage in telephone communication with all stakeholders
. Provide pleasnat customer experience through superior customer service method, problem solving and real time issue resolution
. Explain benefits, eligibility status, enrollment processing procedures and status of authorizations and referrals to callers
. Answers call professionally and respond to customer inquireies
Qualification
. Must be a Bachelor holder or its equivalent in any health related discipline or a Certified registered NURSE
. A minimum of 3 years experience or a minimum of 1 year in a call center
. Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written english
. Must be willing to work on shift basis for a t least 8 hours
. Knowldge of operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) and Health Maintanance Organizations will be an added advantage
. Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite
