This is to inform all the foreign- trained doctors/dentists that were successful in the February (Resit) and April, 2018 Assessment Examinations that the portal for Provisional Registration has been opened. 

Doctors/Dentists whose names are listed below have been fully verified by EPIC and are eligible to participate in the Induction Ceremony.
They are requested to log onto our Provisional Registration portal and register on payment of a registration fee of N95, 000.00(Ninety Five Thousand Naira) only.
The date for the Induction Ceremony will be announced through this portal in due course.

GUIDE FOR INDUCTEES ON CREATION OF ACCOUNTS ON MDCN WEB PORTAL (www.mdcn.gov.ng)
1.Visit www.mdcn.gov.ng to create an account.
2.Click on ‘’CREATE ACCOUNT’’.
3.On Doctor’s Access’’, click on ‘’REGISTER’’.
4.Then, fill in the data on the ‘’Create account as a Doctor’’ form.
Note that a Folio Number has been assigned to you on the list of doctors/dentists that are eligible for induction. Input your folio number where you have MDCN/R/… Ensure that you input the numbers only.
You must ensure that your Folio Number and Email address are inputted CORRECTLY.
5.Click on ‘’Submit Now’’.
6.You shall receive a message on your email account containing your password and other details to continue with your registration.
