1.  Position Title: Logistics and Commodities Manager, FSN-11(Full-time; 40 hours/week)
Salary: FSN: N5,959,341p.a (Starting basic salary on FSN-11 Position Grade)
A. Job Specification: 
The Logistics and Commodities Manager provides technical and program expertise to the Health/Population/Nutrition (HPN) Office and partners. The primary responsibility of the manager is to work within the HIV/AI DS Office Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) Team with the Development Assistance Specialist (Commodities Logistics Advisor) in providing technical leadership for the procurement, importation, storage, and distribution of drugs, contraceptives and other health commodities in support of HPN Office and Implementing Partner's (IP) pharmaceutical, commodity, and logistics-related program/project activities. The work involves specialized handling of contraceptives, immunizations, malaria, and maternal and child health (MCH) commodities and other critical supplies that are used in HPN programs/projects across the country, to ensure implementation and scale-up of pharmaceutical management and oversight program and project interventions, interacting with IPs managing pharmaceutical, commodity, and logistics-related activities, and monitoring and evaluating the progress of IP activities affecting commodities programs/projects. 
a. Education: Completion of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy and preferably licensed as a professional Pharmacist, is required. An advanced degree in Pharmacological management, Public Health, or other professional training geared toward Pharmacological management in a hospital or community 
setting is desired. 
b. Experience: Five to seven years progressively responsible, professional- level experience in pharmacology, commodities, and logistics - with substantial experience in logistical management, is required.
2: Position Title: Senior Integrated Health Program Manager - Supervisory,  FSN 12(Full-time;40 hours/week) 
Salary: FSN: N6,608,675.00p.a (Starting basic salary on FSN-12 Position Grade) In addition to the basic salary, all allowances will be paid in accordance with the 
Mission Local Compensation Plan. 
Job Specification: 
The Senior Integrated Health Program Manager - Supervisory is responsible for the overall management of the technical and administrative aspects of all USAID/Nigeria's activities in family planning/reproductive health (FP/RH) and maternal and child health (MCH). The incumbent will supervise a team of two professional MCH Program Managers, two professional FP/RH Program 
Managers, and a Nutrition Program Manager. The incumbent provides guidance on new program initiatives, drafts program documents to secure funding and implement activities, and manages the relationships between USAID and implementing partners that implement FP/RH and MCH activities. The incumbent applies clinical knowledge to improving the effectiveness of USAID 
health activities, with particular sensitivity to the Nigerian context in which health and medical services are being provided. 
a. Education: An MD or MPH in Public Health or a closely related field is required. In addition, a PhD in one of these areas or a related field is desired. 
b. Experience: A minimum of 7 years progressively responsible, professional- level experience managing public health and health delivery with emphasis on 
RH/FP/MCH; clinical skills and experience is required. Experience working in Nigeria's northern states on health-related activities strongly desired. 
Position Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist FSN 11 (Full- time;40hours/week) 
Salary: FSN: N5,959,341 p.a (Starting basic salary on FSN-11 Position Grade ). 
Job Specification:
The project Management Specialist (M&E) provided techinical and program expertise to the Health/Population (HPN) Office. The primaryresponsibility of the Specialist is to support the Senior Health Advisor in providing technical leadership to the Government of Nigeria (GoN) and others in working to monitor the implementation and evaluate tlie impact of the HPN portfolio of activities. S/he will work within the HPN Office Health Systems Strengthening (HSS) Team and the Program Office to ensure that HPN programs/projects across the country are efficient and effective in improving the health of Nigeria's population. 
a. Education: Completion of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in M&E or administration is required. An advanced degree in M&E management, Public Health, or other professional training geared toward M&E management in a hospital or community setting is desired. 
b. Experience: A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience working in M&E, particularly in US Government (USG) operations and/orthe health field in Nigeria.
