Notice is hereby given to all CPD Providers to refrain from arbitrary signing of CPD activity forms when they have not directly supervised such training for the doctors.
CPD activities should be properly planned ahead of the date of delivery and structured to fulfil desired objectives.
It is not every routine ward round that can serve as CPD activity.
