Upon the application for substituted service moved by chief Adetola Kaseem (SAN) ( Prosecution) at the 5th session of the medical and dental practitioners disciplinary tribunal held on tuesday 13th January 2015 at Abuja. The Tribunal directs that the charges and the hearing Notice in respect of charge No. MDPDT/58/2013 between CHAIRMAN, MEDICAL AND DENTAL PRACTITIONERS INVESTIGATING PANEL VS DR FREEMAN MIRI Should be specifically published.

Consequent upon the directive of the tribunal, we hereby publish the following:
