Job Title: Medical and Quality Assurance Manager

 

Location: Abuja, Lagos, Kano and Enugu

 

Job Responsibilities

Provide effective supervision of health claims management functions to ensure systematic dues scrutinizing and Utilization Patterns

Ensure  effective  provision  of quality  assurance  programs,  concurrent utilization and provider contractualization

Provide effective supervision of call center unit to ensure excellent client complain management

 

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills

MBBS from reputable institution.

Registered with Medical and Dental council of Nigeria.

1 – 3years relevant working experience preferably in HMO

The candidate should not be more than 35 years of age.

Ability to understand and speak the local language fluently will be an added advantage.
