We are reputable Healthcare services group, involved in the management of hospitals, clinics, community health plan, health management organization (HMO) and provision of capacity building to the health care sector at the national level. Our Company is looking for dynamic persons to fill the following vacant positions at our Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).

1. MEDICAL OFFICER

Job Responsibilities:

• To verify and process for approval all medical bills/ claims of Enrollees from our Healthcare Providers.

• Carryout routine inspection of Healthcare providers facility within the network.

• Carryout registration and accreditation of Healthcare providers in the network.

• Process and authorization of referrals for our Enrollees to Healthcare providers.

• Providing expert advice on health promotions and disease prevention.

• Cooperate with the Executive team to initiate procedures, regulations and programmes to benefit our patients and support our health centre in line with the best practice.

• Assume responsibility of our clinical services.

• Institute a behavioral framework for all healthcare providers at our clinical services locations.

• Qualification Requirements:

• First Degree in Medicine from a recognized Institution.

2. Nursing Officers

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Planning and managing patient care according to each patient’s needs.

• Interaction with Healthcare Providers on matters relating to our Enrollees.

• Verifying that patient charts are updated promptly and accurately.

• Providing nursing care, such as assessing blood pressure, pulse, temperature or respiration rate. Liaising with HOD on referral cases before issuing out approvals to Healthcare Providers

• Recording accurate information of patient’s health or progress.

Qualified candidates must have

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Organizational and management skills.

• Interpersonal skills, research skills and time management skills.

• He/she should also be highly detail oriented, caring, and work well on a team and under pressure. Ability to work shift pattern, Night duties inclusive.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

A successful candidate must have A Bachelor degree in Nursing., Registered Nurse and Midwifery Certificate

• Completed at least 1 year Licensed Practical Nurse training with a valid license.

• At least 2 years of Practical experience.

• Also be willing to update knowledge.
