The Oyo State Health Insurance Scheme is a scheme set up and subsidized by the government of Oyo State to provide qualitative and afforadable healthcare to citizens of  the state who subscribe to the scheme. The scheme is managed by NHIS accredited Health Management Organisations (HMOs).

 

First Eudaimon Limited is a consultant to the state governement charged with responsibilities on certain aspects of the scheme.

 

Position: Medical Officers

 

The scheme is being introducted in phases in the state with the first phase being limited to twelve local governments as follows Atisbo, Ibadan North, Ibadan South-West, Ibarapa East, Ido, Irepo, Kajola, Lagelu, Ogbomoso South, Oluyole, Oyo East and Surulere, Both private and public facilities have been appointed as healthcare providers for the Scheme. The scheme is inviting applications from candidates qualified to serve as Medical Officers to man the government Primary Healthcare Centers in the given LGAs that have been appointed as primary healthcare providers to the scheme.

 

QUALIFICATION

MBBS from a recgnized Medical School (2) Current practice License issued by the Medcal & Dental Council of Nigeria

 

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years post NYSC experience
