Notice is hereby given that the Final Examination for the Diploma in Family Medicine will take place from January 16 - 18, 2018 as indicated below:
A. Date: Tuesday January 16, 2018: Paper I=MCQ
Venue: College Auditorium, NPMCN, Ijanikin
Time: 9.00am to 12.00 noon
B. Date: Wednesday January 17, 2018: Paper II=Clinical (OSCE)
Venue: Department of Family Medicine (Staff Clinic), LUTH, Idi-Araba, Lagos.
Time: 8.00am onwards
C. Date: Thursday January 18, 2018: Examiners Meeting
Venue: Family Medicine Seminar Room, Staff Clinic, LUTH, Idi-Araba, Lagos.
Time: 9.00am to 12.00 noon
General Information:
This examination is only for those who have gone through the required training of the Dilpoma in Family Medicine Programme.
a. Each candidate must complate the application from fully, correctly and honestly. Any false information will automatically disqualify the candidate.
b. Application submitted after the closing date or incorrectly/incompletely filled or not accompanied with the appropriate information will also not be processed.
Steps in Application:
Intending applicant should pay a non-refundable application fee of N100,000.00 (One hundred thousand naira only) to the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria through the Treasury Single Account platform by raking the following steps:
i. Please download Diploma application form on College website (www.npmcn.edu.ng) or through that link http://bit.ly/2gGaqGu
ii. (a) Log on to www.remita.net;
(b) Click "Pay a Federal Government Agency" link;
(c) Enter "National post";
(d) Click on National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria;
(e) Select service/purpose "Diploma Examination Fees";
(f) Fill other details;
(g) Click proceed tp payment;
(h) Select how you want to pay e.g. ATM Cards, Bank Branch etc;
(i) Complete Payment;
(j) Pring RRR receipt.
iii. After Paymnent, send copy of the RRR receipt along with duly completed and signed from to College Registrar, Km 26, Lagos Badagry Expressway, P.M.B. 2003, Ijanikin.
NO CASH, BANK DRAFTS OR PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Submission of incomplete forms/documents shall lead to disqualification and College shall not enter into any correspondence with such applicants.
Closing date for the submission of forms is wednesday, December 20, 2017.
