DEPUTY COUNTRY DIRECTOR

Details

  • Master's degree or higher in international relations, public health, social sciences, management or a related field required
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing large ($10-$50M) USAID contracts.
  • Proven expertise managing large teams
  • Deep familiarity with Nigeria's health system and its stakeholders at both national and international levels required
  • Proven analytical and writing skills

Quality Improvement Advisor

Details

  • Master's degree or higher in public health, epidemiology, demography, economics, health systems or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in global health preferably in monitoring and evaluation, research, health systems strengthening and/or quality improvement
  • Demonstrated experience with quantitative and qualitative data collection, management and analysis, including proficiency in use of statistical packages and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated expertise and understanding of quality improvement approaches
  • Successful experience presenting data and information in compelling ways to different audiences
  • Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills in English
Senior Technical Specialists

  • Individuals with proven experience in reproductive health, family planning, child health, malaria, gender integration, health governance, human resources for health, capacity building, behavior change communication, private sector coordination, M&E, and/or communications
