Dear all. Compliments of NMA. You can recall that the Honourable Minister of Health Prof. Isaac F. Adewole launched the DOCTORS STAMP. To obtain yours kindly follow the following processes;
1. Make a payment of your required number of stamps at N50/stamp. There are 24 stamps/A4 card costing N1200/A4 card. Your request therefore should be even numbers of cards e.g. 2, 4, 6 e.t.c cards. Two cards is minimum cards you can pay for I.e N2400:00k. The payment should be done to state chairmen. 2. Chairmen to demand for evidence of payment of current practicing license.
3. You are to provide the following information to the state Chairmen;
a. Full Names
b. University attended
c. Year of graduation
d. Folio number
e. MDCN Registration Number
f. Additional qualification Number if applicable
g. Speciality if applicable
h. State of Practice
i. Place of Practice
4. State Chairmen to forward payment and data to National secretariat.
5. National secretariat to verify information from MDCN and thereafter process stamps.
6. Members to collect their stamps from state Chairmen after processing.
Kindly bear with us for rigorous nature of the process. This is aimed at securing the stamp through multistage verification.
7. Finally, strictly on first to come first to serve basis.
Remember any profession without gatekeepers to safeguard it is not worth it's name.
