Nollyinsured Initiative, hereby announces that it is advertising for bids from licensed Health Care Providers located in any state and city in Nigeria, for Private health services Retainer-ship.

All potential bidders should be health facilities offering either; general care, specialist services, international and local medevac services, critical care, advanced diagnostic services (including laboratory and radiological services), hospice services, home care, Fertility services, Acupuncture services, cancer care, occupational/physical therapy, pharmaceutical supplies, eye care, or dental services

All Bidders are encouraged to submit their bids using a SEALED envelope. Bids should be signed, sealed, and delivered to the place indicated before the time designated in this Notice.

All bids shall be submitted with the full name and address of the health facility, contact details (including tel nos & emails of key persons), copy of annual hospital license, copy of CAC certificate, all service tariffs with fees, a color brochure or a brief proposal itemizing all available services, and a copy of a Bank teller showing evidence that a non-refundable application fee of N10,000 has been paid to the Program Managers’ Diamond Bank account no: 0077674370.  .
