Following the information supplied with regards to your Provisional Registration, please be informed that you have been allocated a FOLIO NOS; MDCN/R/????? which serves as your username when you visit the Council’s website www.mdcn.gov.ng.
The following steps are to be taken to complete the registration process;
1. Go to www.mdcn.gov.ng and click on the registered doctors’ login
2. Click on lost password, and you will be sent an automated email informing you of your password which you could change for security reasons.
3. Go ahead, upload your passport photograph, register your information on the form online and thereafter make the following payments online with your ATM card:
Provisional Registration N10,000
Development Levy N5,000
Practicing License N12,000
Administrative charges applicable for the assessment examination N15,000
Internship forms N3,000
Code of Medical Ethics N1,500
GOR N1,500
TOTAL N48,000
4. Please note that this registration process is not applicable to expatriate doctors who trained in foreign institutions. These expatriate doctors are to visit the Medical and Dental Council Secretariat Abuja for their registration.
