SENIOR HEALTH RECORDS/ INFORMATION TUTOR Salary CONHESS 08 STEP 2 (1,151,989 per annum)
QUALIFICATION: Candidate must possess a degree in health administration/ health information management from a recognized university plus evidence of completion of or exemption from NYSC with relevant teaching experience in similar establishment. possession of masters degree in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
in addition, candidates must be registered with the health records officers registration board of nigeria (HRORBN) and licensed to practice.
HEALTH RECORDS/ INFORMATION TUTOR Salary CONHESS 07 STEP 2
Candidate must possess a degree in health records administration / health information management from a recognized university plus evidence of completion of or exemption from NYSC
HEALTH RECORDS OFFICER 11 CONHESS 07 Step 2
candidate must posses HND in health records/ health information management or a degree in health records administration/ helth information management or biostatic from a recognized university plus evidence of completion of or exemption from NYSC
In addition candidates must be registered with the health records officers registration board of nigeria and licensed to practice
HEALTH RECORDS TECHNICIAN CONHESS 06 Step 1
candidates must possess national certificate in health records technician after sucessful completion of the prescribed three years training program in a recognized institution or college of health technology.
