The Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) has fixed Wednesday, January 8 for a national prayer in which all its members will engage in fervent prayer for the full recovery of Taraba State Governor Danbaba Suntai.
After medical treatment abroad, following an air crash, Suntai is yet to recover fully to resume duties as governor.
In a statement issued on Sunday by its president, Mr. Olumde Akintayo, the PSN noted that the national prayer by its members must revolve around 100 per cent recovery of the governor, both mentally and physically.
Ankintayo stated: “I wish to implore all Nigerian pharmacists and our friends  to dedicate Wednesday January 8, 2014 as a day of national prayer for Pharm. Danbaba Suntai.
“Our Prayer must revolve around 100 per cent fitness levels physically and mentally to enable him resume work as governor of Taraba State in the days ahead.”
